I ordered my friend and I a jam roly-poly as a treat. When it arrived it was as hard as a rock, even a hammer couldn’t hack it open. I was very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend or order from them again!

Customer updates
Absolutely disgusting! I ordered the Pistachio Strawberry Kunafa from Duke, and they had the audacity to serve me a rotten strawberry. How do you even mess that up? This is basic food hygiene! For the prices they charge, I expected something edible, not spoiled fruit buried under chocolate. Clearly, they have zero quality control. Never ordering from here again—save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers.
